to sum it up in very short details; Glacia is upset that her Kanto counterpart's popularity isn't due to her strength or training methods, but rather her appearance. Distraught over the realization that trainers won't look up to her in the same way, she decides to "borrow" a few outfits from Lorelei...whether she likes it or not.
