This is supposed to be a Christmas special. In this episode a journalist, Lucy Fletcher, dresses up as a cleaner. The scene is unfortunately off-screen, but here are more details that can make the dynamics better understood. First, Lucy is shown spotting the waitress and watching her with interest. Then the journalist convinces, probably with an excuse, the conversation is muffled, the poor maid to follow her towards a bathroom. As they walk away, Lucy is shown looking around with a mischievous, satisfied smile on her face. You can find the episode on Daylimotion.

interesting but just too vague could be a number of scenarios and if had been a usb situation than it could easily have been traced back to lucy which makes me think it wasnt a mugging.....

Here's the clip so everyone can judge for themselves, it starts at the 11:00 minute mark then resumes shortly afterwards. Now it is possible that Lucy did mug that cleaning lady for her uniform, as when she's leading her away to the toilets, she has a quick look around to make sure nobody has seen them......Of course without hearing what she actually says to her it's next to impossible to say for sure, but I hope it does count as a full scene regardless.
