I'm not entirely sure what's going on in this film, but I think there is a clothes stealing scene. A woman gets shot, and shortly after we see another woman putting on her clothes. Maybe one of our Chinese speakers can provide more context.

Starts at 54:15, victim is killed at 54:50. Disguise at 55:15 and 55:45.

Saw clips of this before. thought they were out of context. Now seeing whole movie they are not out of context. This is a bit confusing to me as I don't get what's happening. Is she being replaced by another woman? or a guy using a mask do disguising himself as the woman? Obviously masking is involved in the disguise though.

As somebody who's seen this scene a few times now (no bloody clue to why), I think I can give some context. The guy who kills the women is hunted by some organisation (probably one of the Triads or something similar) and tries to avoid them. The Caucasian women whom he whacks is an assassin sent by his pursuers to kill him. To fool some of them, he kills the assassin, disguises himself as her, and then takes them out instead. Now, this is only an assumption on my part since I can't speak any kind of Chinese, so you should take it with a knab of salt. Though I would bet a finger or three that it is what happened.

This is mostly correct. The guy said “He sent someone like you to kill me? He underestimated me” before pulling the trigger. Then the guy uses a mask to disguise himself as the hitwoman.

It's a Hong Kong movie packed full of the stars of the day. I don't really understand the plot in detail, but it's a bit like 'Smokin' Aces'. I wish HK would make films like these again.
