I love when I have a chance to go back and look at your older postings. I always end up finding something I missed before.

This one is so much fun.

So I have to ask, how did Jade and Harmony so easily take out the two guards? The sentries spotted them and were armed and should have had the advantage but they were dealt with so easily.

Do the Starr Twins have special powers or were the two guards just that incompetent?

By the way, love how you drew the unconscious guards with one against the wall and the other on her stomach with her bare breasts against the ground.

It's nice to see you going back to look over older comic pages. I recently rescanned these pages in a larger, higher quality format and am planning to totally re-edit them over. New colors and everything. I'm doing this to all the "Aftermath" stories I drew back in 2000. They're actually some of my favorites.
as for the Twins taking out the Nazi Sentries, yes, they're just incompetent is all.
Your question about the Starr Twins having powers: Jade was created first, in early summer 1989. She didn't have a last name. My friend Chris and me where recording an Audio Action/Drama on audio cassette, called "Massacre: The Way Of The 90's".
She was a teenager and reluctantly a member of a band of evil mutants. She was called Jade "The Resurrecter", because her mutant ability allowed her to bring the dead back to life, making that person indestructible for a short time.
She brought The Loner back to life.
Later, that fall, I saw the movie "Ernest Saves Christmas". The teenage girl in the film was Harmony Star. I was 16 and totally infatuated with her. So I decided to create a twin sister for Jade named after that character. So Jade's last name became Starr.
Jade had joined Loner and his friends that past summer and revealed her sister Harmony was kidnapped by White Slave traders who also murdered their parents.
It turns out Harmony was sold to some wealthy Sheik in the Middle East to be a part of his Harem.
Our Heroes rescued Harmony and loaded her and the entire Harem into the back of a crappy old van and set out a cross the Desert.
Back then Harmony didn't display any mutant powers like her sister, but when she returned in 2000 she had energy based abilities.
