King of the Wild (1931)

The heroine is being held captive by an Arab sheik. She gets a note from a friend, instructing her to escape by mugging the servant girl for her clothes. When the servant girl enters the cell, the woman steals her clothes. (It turns out that this was a trap, and that the sheik wrote the note so that she could escape and lead him to some buried treasure.)

Wow, she certainly did a good job getting the servant girl stripped and tied up.

The line in the note's "overpower her and take her clothing" was fun.

A little mean of the sheik to set up his own servant like that!

I like the idea of the clothes stealing being "set Up" in the note before hand.
