I like the Nyoka comic books.
Back in'88, AC Comic published a Nyoka series that had some new stories & also reprinted her "Retro" tales from the Golden Age.

This cover's pretty cool.

So, does it mean that the dog is the Uniform Stealer's best friend? I'll admit that it was an... original way to make sure your captive doesn't try to escape.

Agreed, if you don't have any rope handy to secure your victim, just use your dog.
