Those old serials are so cheesy yet so good.
I like the Nyoka comic books.
Back in'88, AC Comic published a Nyoka series that had some new stories & also reprinted her "Retro" tales from the Golden Age.

Agreed, if you don't have any rope handy to secure your victim, just use your dog.
