I just added a short story to the pictures.
This Blaster isn't the original version, who was actually The Loner with posers. This "Mystery" Blaster was from an alternate Earth.
In 1989, he traveled to this dimension to warn the Heroes on this Earth, of a impending invasion from by an Alien Species called The Killing Breed.
These Brutal Aliens already laid waste to That Blaster's Earth.

As the Amazon Sentry, Chiana, passes by a group of tall bushes, a hand reaches out, grabbing her by her shirt. Suddenly, the beautiful Sentry disappears behind the shrubs.
Enforcer yanks up Chiana's top, exposing her bra covered breast.
The Blaster from an alternate Earth suggest that Enforcer will benefit by disguising herself in the Sentry's uniform.
Both in agreement, the young Mutant girl bullies Chiana into stripping off her outfit.

Once the Amazon woman handed over her Sentry's uniform to Enforcer, Blaster unleashes a low level pulse of Plasma energy from his hand.
The blast, while not fatal, knocked Chiana totally out.
Without a word for her actions, Enforcer strips off Chiana's bra, panties and socks, then proceeds to arrange the sleeping woman's body in a humiliating position.
The two Mutant teens decide Blaster will play the roll of "The Prisoner" as a ruse to get into the base.
They leave Chiana's naked and unconscious body is slumped over on the grassy forest floor.
