Here is a scene from episode 20 of Dirty Pair.

A woman has stolen a monorail stewardess' uniform and tied her up and proceeds to lock her in a cabinet in her bra and panties. As a nice touch she apologizes to the girl for putting her in cramped space. In another nice touch she comments that the chest is a bit tight implying she is a bit better endowed then her cute victim.

Scene starts just after the 13:45 mark.
