Kabuki Agents: Scarab #7, 8 (2001)

Two clothes-stealing scenes (including two different pairs of high heels), though both occur off-panel.

Scarab infiltrates a mental hospital. She steals an inmate's clothes to blend in.

In the next issue, she kills a hospital staff member and dons her clothes.
