Seven Seas Comics #6 (1947) - Captain Cutlass

Post by tirepanted3 »

This story features a rather complicated clothes stealing/replacement scene.

The lovely Queen Martha is sailing across the ocean to visit another kingdom. What she does not know is that the wicked King has tasked Sira, a wicked female agent, to assassinate her. Sira plans to gather her own crew and intercept the queen's ship on the ocean.

A mercenary crew, led by Captain Cutlass and his right-hand woman Susan, learn of Sira's plan and decide to stop her. Before long, Sira is a bound-and-gagged prisoner on their ship. Cutlass' crew then intercepts Queen Martha's ship and kidnap her themselves.

Susan holds Sira and Martha at gunpoint, and orders them to strip. Then she forces Sira to don the queen's robes. Cutlass then hands Sira over to her own pirate crew, who don't realize that the woman before them is an impostor. Meanwhile, Cutlass and Susan transport the real Queen Martha safely away from harm.
