This is less a costume steal than a voluntary costume switch. Nightwing and Batgirl have captured Aliki Marceau, one of the Double Dare sisters, in middle of a heist. Following a discussion, Batgirl dons Aliki's costume in order to rescue the other sister.

And yes, you may notice the similarity between Double Dare and the "Marcel" twins from a recent Rufusluciusivan story (viewtopic.php?t=11296) .
