Hitwomen Disguised As Delivery Girl

It's kind of hard to tell, but I'm assuming it's a USB scene. A female in all black (although we do see her face) jumps a delivery girl, knocking her off her scooter then spraying her with something. In the next scene we see a hitwomen (wearing the same outfit as the delivery girl) using the same spray to get past security when they try to stop her from entering a building.

Any thoughts? A USB scene or not?

The editing is a bit awkward, but I'm pretty sure it's a USB scene. She incapacitates the delivery woman with a knockout spray (though we don't see it take full effect), then uses her uniform to sneak inside the building.

Good find; not sure what series it's from.
