Excalibur #5 (1989)
A "kill and replace" scene, though it look like Saturnyne takes Courtney's clothes.

Also, correction to the above - the woman replacing Courtney is not Saturnyne, but Sat-Yr-9, a lookalike to both women from another dimension. (All explained in another USB scene in Excalibur #56 when Kitty Pryde steals one of her henchwomen's uniforms.)
