Stupid question.
I will honestly I did not watch the episode that closely. I just skimmed it after the initial contact scene.
What are the odds that the florist was killed. I know this version of Nikita showed 'the good guys' as having a few morals.

We never see the florist again, but I assume she survived. Nikita sometimes mugs innocent bystanders when necessary (for example, there's one episode where she beats up a police officer and steals his car), but she only kills people if they're really evil.

She probably just left the real florist unconscious in the van.
