Felicia and Flora in some trouble at home. A sketchy group got in, subdued Flora and stole her uniform for a disguise. This probably would not have been as big a problem as it is if Felicia hadn't stumbled into the clothes lines, managing to completely tie herself up and making the intruders' job that much easier. You'll get there one day, Felicia.
Both characters are of legal age and adults.
