WARNING: Scene contains bloody violence and implied death of the victim.

A female patient escapes a hospital with the help of a fire extinguisher, which she uses to bludgeon a nurse (and her paramour) in a storeroom. She steals the nurse's uniform to slip out.

Starts at 14 minutes, disguise at 15:25.
