The set-up is quite amusing. When the maid and the butler enter the room and see the agents busy arming themselves and taping someone, their faces just scream "This is gonna suck!"

It is an interesting scene. Obviously given the circumstance the agents will make them give up their clothes.

However, they are both clearly unconscious so obviously in addition to tying them up the team did something to knock them out.
