The newest episode (titled "In the Shadows") features an offscreen uniform steal.

The story involves a villainess plotting to infiltrate a baby shower. She intercepts a waitress at the event and pretends to be a helpless pregnant woman, asking the waitress to help her with some stuff from her car. The waitress agrees and follows her to an elevator. We then cut to the villainess exiting the elevator in the waitress' uniform. The real waitress is not seen or mentioned again.

Found a more conventionally formatted version of the scene, which includes some bonus speculation about whether the real waitress was knocked out and killed - something the episode never reveals. (The bruising on the disguised mugger's face suggests that the waitress did not go down without a fight.)
