In this segment, it's the classic poor girl vs rich girl rivalry. Anyway, they get into a scuffle and need to go to the hospital. Inside a female thief is already there trying to steal from patients. She's about to steal from a wheelchair posh woman, when she notices the rich girl being brought in (and all her fancy jewellery). She then hand gags the wheelchair patient, drags her away and beats her up for her clothes. She then leaves her bound and gagged in her wheelchair, while the thief takes her place to get to the rich girl.
