In this scene, the main heroine called "Rose" needs to enter a casino to rescue her friend from being swindled by the main villain and his cronies. She's denied at the door by security. So naturally as soon as this happens, one of the dealers comes out for her break, so Rose swiftly knocks her out and steals her clothes to get in.
