British crime drama from the 80s, episode is called "Tequila Sunrise."

The show centers on two detectives, a man and woman. In this episode, they're in a bar, and the woman (Makepeace) has had a bit too much tequila and is feeling flirtatious with her partner. When Dempsey compliments another woman's red dress, Makepeace gets the idea to lead this woman to the bathroom, where she switches clothes with her. She then sidles up to Dempsey and asks if he still likes the dress.
