Cool awesome scene loved it. Had and idea maybe next you could try patient in mental ward trying to escape. Young female Doctor comes in female patient sees her chance Doctor resembles her to a tee she tricked Doctor some how and got her stripped nude then forced back into bed straps her down places the unruly patient gag in her mouth keeping her quiet then quickly gets dressed in the former doctor's clothes and before leaving she rights a few humiliating orders for the nurses to give the now patient and former doctor she is to be shaved bald head to toe then given huge a enema .just a thought
