The setup is perfect - a female prisoner fakes an illness, and is taken to the prison hospital. A nurse enters the room, and the woman pretends to be asleep. However, rather than mugging the nurse for her uniform, it turns out that the nurse has actually agreed to help the woman escape, and they exchange outfits.

Adding to Nurses section, though it could also fit in Jail Break or Clothes Switch. Don't have the full episode, but the clip is below. Starts about 20 seconds in.
