Cuccut are some of the victims in your works dead? I'm confused because you mentioned you don't like killing but often their eyes are half open.

Ah, funny thing that semi closed eyes are easily mistaken with being dead. I think I mentioned this before but I learned from a CPR course is that people got knocked off out of a sudden with a heavy force are likely to have their eyes not fully closed, and the first thing to do in a CPR is help to shut their eyes to avoid dry eyes.
Yes I don't like killing and death, that's certain. It works better for me knowing the victim is alive and will live on with a mark in their esteem.
Hope that will clear out the confusion of death and gore in my works.

Hi cuccut
I don't mean to sound completely nitpicky about this, after all I really appreciate your work but I think this needs further clarification. You see I'am a licenced security guard in the UK and as part of my training, I was taught basic first aid it's mandatory after all. We were told that unconsciousness with the eyes open like this is not what you want to see. It implies a vegetative state brought on by a severe injury to the brain or spinal column. Generally you knock someone out, their going to have their eyes closed and for a first aider this is exactly want you want to see.
And regards your comment about dry eye, it doesn't matter. People get dry eyes whether their conscious or otherwise, myself and my mother are suspectable to it, so are lots of people. It wouldn't be on the list of priorities when they find the victim, what's important is to stabilise the person and make sure they're conscious and breathing.
I'am apologise if I came across as too nitpicky, that's not my intention at all.
I'll end by saying keep up the good work. I will always respect your contributions to the board since what you do so well is to leave everything to interpretation.

Your welcome, cuccut. I was happy to help.
It's a detail that you don't often see in works of fiction but it's more common in TV medical dramas. It's one of the reasons I don't really favour blunt force trauma when it comes to non-lethal takedowns. But don't let me stop you.
