The Decameron - episodes 1 & 2

Post by tirepanted3 »

Medieval-set series from Netflix, features two semi-related scenes (identity theft and shoe stealing).

In episode 1, a rich young socialite and her maid are traveling along a road and get into a fight, which ends with the maid pushing her boss off a bridge. Assuming she's killed the socialite, the maid decides to take over her identity, wearing her boss' fancy clothes and posing as her.

At the beginning of episode 2, we see that the socialite survived her fall off the bridge. However, she is mugged by a pair of female bandits, who knock her out and steal her expensive shoes.

Interesting description, but sound like Tremonteyn, made too stealing identity, but in your text definitely not from corpse, but similar

Thanks for finding. :)

The scene features both identity theft and shoe stealing, but I moved it to the latter topic in Clips since that scene is a bit more obvious in its USB implications.
