A wealthy girl is drugged with knockout gas around 4 minutes in by a female jewel thief. When we cut back around 9:33, the jewel thief has donned the rich girl's regal gown and tiara while the real deal is bound and gagged in her underwear. Throughout the rest of the episode the thief poses as the heiress, and we get a few other shots of the real girl tied up.

Did you use a phone? Personally, on my phone it didn't work either, but it worked with a computer. Somehow.
