Re: Korean policewoman
Okay, a bit of analysis.
No attempt was made for this to be an exciting battle of equals. The closer the policewoman got, the more nervous she became. Rather selfish of her two male colleagues to patrol together and leave her alone. Some questions need to be asked there.
Size wise, she was probably just about okay, but she was shorter and clearly very thin. In other words, prey.
The scene itself was all too short, but you do get a bit of the mmm.... and freeze frames show a catty expression from the villianess and helpless panic from the policewoman.
The next part is interesting. She drags her into the stairwell, then reappears in the uniform on the first floor. She may have been taking a short cut to fool the other police, but if not she must have dragged the subdued policewoman up the stairs.
Then, where to strip and stash her? It's residential, but she couldn't really try knocking on some old lady's door.
"Hi, I need to strip and tie up this young policewoman I'm holding in my arms. Can I use your bedroom? Do you have any tape?
Of course not, so the poor young lady must have been undressed , tied and hidden near the bins. Quite infair as she seems completely out of her depth.
Any thoughts? I'd love to see if any more made it to the deleted scenes section when this comes out on a box set.
Incidentally, Korea is only the third country in Asia to feature a scene with a police officer. The other two are Japan and Taiwan.
We are still waiting for China and Thailand.

Lol, despite my unavoidable absence, I return to see our genre is as noisy as ever. Lol! I would be a shock any other way.
