Indeed, just one small pinch and it causes the woman's CNS to short circuit and sends her to sleepyland. As we discussed before, the pinch is such an elegant way for an infiltrator to knockout a woman. And also silent not as crude or loud as say a punch or risky as a chokehold should the woman fight back.
