Here is the scene from stepdaughter 2, quoted by Darth chlorophorm 2

The Step Daughter 2 picks up a month after the previous film.
Joanna Lawrence, the murderous “stepdaughter,” is hospitalized, recovering from a gunshot wound.
Thinking Joanna is in distress, Doctor Hastings rushes to his patient's room.
Upon entering the room, Doctor Hastings comes face to face with Joanna, who was in ambush.
Then the scene shifts to Joanna coming out of her room wearing Doctor Hastings' clothes. I noticed she was wearing the doctor's lab coat, shirt, pants and shoes.
In the background, the stripped body of Doctor Hastings lies face down on the floor, covered with a sheet.
I assume that Doctor Hastings is dead, or at least seriously injured, because his body appears to be lying in a pool of blood.
