Animated series. The first episode of Season 5 has a doppelganger/uniform steal scene.

The Star Trek crew encounters a lookalike crew from another dimension, where Mariner is a cruel captain. About two-thirds through the episode, the bad Mariner knocks the good Mariner unconscious with a phaser and steals her uniform. She leaves the real Mariner tied up and redressed in her own Starfleet uniform.

Just tied, no gag - presumably so the writers can insert some back-and-forth dialogue between the two.
