I remember the "Task Force X" episode of Justice League where the villains use tranquilizer darts to knock out a few Watchtower guards (including one female guard) to take their place. But in the original episode, the imposters are already wearing identical uniforms as disguises.

Would have been interesting if Plastique (the redheaded lady) had to mug someone for a disguise as part of the infiltration...
