Indeed. They have no idea that a visitor from outer space wishes to write a book on our planet effortlessly moves through human civilization. That she is able to assume their forms with a kiss and uses advanced martial arts to render them unconscious. And that she is being hunted across the globe by the MiB, who will stop at nothing to capture her and ensure that her existence on our planet. The woman of earth have every reason to be nervous, if it isn't Ellana stealing your clothes and identity then it may certainly be our intrepid agents.

Agent Attending: Agent T

Subject: Mrs Linda Gibson (Widow of Agent S)

Summary:-

Agent T:- Hello Linda. You know who I am?


Linda Gibson:- You were at my wedding, your name is Tony Holmes. Samuel's best man and his friend. A colleague of his.

AT:- That's right. I feel his death just as you do. The mugging was a terrible business. My heart goes out to you and your daughter.

LG:- Cut the crap. We both know that Samuel was murdered and that he was no lawyer. Just like yourself. Tell me about the Men in Black.

AT:- Where did you hear that name?


LG:- It was on a card that I found amongst his things at home. And on the body of the woman I took this suit from. Tell me, Tony. If that's even your real name.


AT:- You put Agent G in the infirmary but didn't leave a mark on her. Impressive.

LG:- I'am a marine, Agent T. You have no idea the lengths I will go to find my husbands killer (a slight pause followed by a sniffle) and to bring justice for my Rachel. Now the MiB, spit it out.

(The sound of a chair scraping across the floor, then a sigh)

AT:- Okay Linda. We are a secret government agency, created nearly 60 years ago to monitor and police the existence of extraterrestrial life on the planet Earth. And keep it secret from the rest of the world.

LG:- So just like the movies. Who would have thought? And my husband? He was one of you right? Were you his partner?


AT:- Yes and my best friend. It tore me up when they brought him in. It was the first time I have ever lost a partner.


LG:- And he was my husband, goddammit! The father of my child and I miss him! ( The sound of crying and sobs) Did you find whoever or whatever killed him!? I want their heads.


AT:- We are looking over his case files and have several strong leads. We are doing everything we can to find his killers.

LG:- What happens now? What are you going to do to me?

AT:- By rights the brass would want me to neuralyse you and send you on your way. But I'am not going to do that. That would disgrace Sam's memory.


LG: Neuralyse? Sounds ominous. What is that, exactly?


AT:- It's where we steal your memories and implant new ones to make you forget. Weave a new story just for you.

(AT takes out his neuralyser, shoes it to SG before replacing it in his suit)


LG:- Sounds barbaric and utterly insidious.


AT:- You're not wrong but we do what we have to do. To do what's necessary. Now I would like to make you an offer. Join us and help keep this planet safe.


LG:- But what about my daughter? My Rachel? What will happen to her.

AT:- We will make sure she's taken care of and given the best start in life. I owe that to both Sam and yourself.

LG:- Will I ever see her again? Will she know of me and what I do?

AT:- I cannot tell you for certain. Perhaps in time, but it could lead her into danger. But I will make that your call.


LG:- (Sighs) Well if it helps me to avenge my husband and keep my little girl safe from the unknown. I will accept. If you will have me?


AT: Have you? Of course. You are strong, resourceful, determined and a fine tracker. The MiB will be lucky to have you. Your service record with the USMC speaks for itself.

(Holds out his hand, which LG shakes.


AT:- Welcome to the Men in Black, Agent L.
