Old Italian comic book - perhaps Esercito can help with the translation?

Near as I can tell, this story involves a masked female villain who is tasked with fighting the protagonist in a duel. Before the duel, the villainess visits the hero's girlfriend (who is being held captive by the bad guys) to gloat. The girlfriend overpowers her (off-panel) and disguises herself in her costume, then uses the opportunity to rescue her lover.
