Bettie grabs and mugs a waitress at an event, although the waitress willingly surrenders her clothes once Betty offers to pay her double her wages. Still, at least a nice handgag and nabbing scene.

I would never had though an Archie comic would contain a uniform steal.
What is the actually title of this comic and when was it published?

Guessing the editors at Archie Comics didn't want Betty depicted as cruel enough to attack the waitress outright. May not be a true "steal" but still a pretty good scene with great art.

Darth, the official title is "The Best Archie Comic Ever", published in 2022. It's a one-shot issue which seems to feature a lot of "what if?" scenarios for the Archie characters. This scene is from a story where Betty and Veronica are undercover spies.
