Lt. Ethel commanded a group of spies to infiltrate a terrorist cell in a remote island. However, their mission got compromised and almost all of Ethel's squad members were killed. Ethel was stripped of her uniform and interrogated. She was tackled by the sentries as she was about to commit suicide. She refused to divulge information, but the terrorists were able to inject a truth serum on Lt. Ethel that would make her spill all the information by tomorrow. She was under tight watch that night. The most junior member of the squad, Ellen, was able to hide before her team mates were captured and massacred. Ellen knew that she either had to rescue Ethel, or kill her to prevent the secrets from being spilled. Ethel briefed them about this mission and its consequences should they be captured. Many of these women were loyal to Ethel, and the squad. They live for their missions, for each other, and for their organization. These thoughts raced on Ellen's mind as she thought of a plan. First, she needed a uniform. She stripped her black uniform down to her underwear. She used her knife to tear the shirt to shreds. A passing sentry, Tanya, was on patrol. Ellen moaned and Tanya heard it. She followed the sound until she found Ellen, who was pretending to be half-conscious. Tanya, being a trainee, felt for a pulse, and that was enough for Ellen to suddenly pull Tanya's hand, and land a knee on her chin. Dazed, Tanya did not know what hit her. Ellen got her nylon cord and wrapped it around Tanya's neck. A brief struggle ensued between the two toned women who could pose for super models. However, time was not on Tanya's side as she turned purple and her struggles weakened. When Tanya was dead, Ellen stripped Tanya of her white tank top and camouflage pants. Ellen wondered why Tanya was wearing a white strapless bra and black panties, different from the sports bra and pantylets she knew most guards wore. She dragged the corpse inside, and Tanya looked like she was asleep. Ellen was ready for her mission.

Ellen went out of the washroom, and put an out of order sign in order to minimize the chances of Tanya being discovered in her underwear-clad state. Ellen knew that trainees were the underdog in this organization, and she needed a better disguise in order to get her close to Lt. Ethel. Thinking about Ethel, she wanted to save her. Ellen thought hard, and realized that she can do it by silencing the sentries and escaping. Ellen thought that it was too close to the movies, but being able to steal Tanya's outfit was also an idea she got from her exboyfriend reading Uniform Stealing Boards. Ellen went to the camera room corridor. Trainees were not allowed in that area, and she was in luck. Soldier girl Eunice, recently a trainee, is on patrol. She was bored. Eunice was wearing the Cobra blue storm trooper uniform, since this organization is an offshoot of Cobra. However, for security reasons, the face of the soldiers are seen in order to prevent disguised operatives from stealing uniforms and infiltrating the base. In practice though, with a gigantic terrorist organization, that does not pose a problem for Ellen. Soldier girl Marge, sporting the same uniform, is guarding the door. Ellen messes her hair and runs to Eunice, telling her that she discovered a dead body in the washroom. Eunice, excited for action and to prove that she deserves to be promoted, promptly goes to the fire exit with Ellen in order to head down the washroom. However, Ellen was ready for Eunice, and meets her with a quick elbow on Eunice's abs. While she was out of breath, Ellen lands a blow to Eunice's neck and she strangles the downed guard to minimize noise and damage to the uniform. Ellen quickly strips Eunice's cobra uniform, leaving behind a halter bra with half cups, panties and socks. The dead soldier is dragged by her armpits and is made to sit behind the door of the fire exit. Ellen quickly dons the cobra uniform and proceeds to the camera room.

Cobra soldier Marge sees a new Cobra soldier walk by. She challenges Ellen, disguised in Eunice's uniform. Ellen hands Eunice's identification card to Marge, but makes it fall to the floor. Instinctively, Marge picks it up but her face is met by Ellen's knee. With her training, Marge pulls Ellen's leg, and attempts to kill the guard with her knife. Marge manages to scratch the cobra attire and wound Ellen lightly. Ellen grapples the knife away but the ensuing combat makes the tear on the chest part of the uniform grow bigger. Ellen seizes the opportunity by grabbing Marge's head and banging it on the wall. Dazed, Marge's grip weakens and Ellen goes for her neck. A sickening crack followed, and Marge dropped dead. Ellen is lucky that the commotion happened on the area where the cameras were blind. She quickly enters the camera room with Marge's knife and slits the throat of the programmer on duty. Ellen then grabs Marge's corpse, and strips it off the Cobra uniform, revealing a white sports bra and pantylets. She also drags Eunice's corpse inside and puts the two underwear-clad corpses beside each other, in a compromising position. Eunice was made to sit down on the floor while Marge lay chest down, her face exactly on Eunice's open legs.

Ellen found Lt. Ethel blindfolded and gagged in a black sports bra and cycling shorts while being beaten up by cobra soldiers Kamille and Abigail. Both girls were confident that no spy would come behind them, since they were unaware that the camera room had been infiltrated. Ellen quickly pulled Kamille by her hair, and gave her a quick neck snap. Abigail saw it, but before she could react, Ellen threw a knife to her throat. As Abigail got suffocated in her blood, Ellen freed Lt. Ethel. Lt. Ethel was thankful that Ellen survived. They quickly stripped Kamille of her gear, leaving her with her sports bra and her panties. Ethel wanted to get even on the two sadistic cobra soldiers, so she also stripped Abigail of her gear and left both girls with their hands fondling the other's private parts. Both spies escaped by stealing a Cobra truck.
