What the infiltrators are the Soviets, they want to infiltrate Area 51 to spy on the US jet programme. They ambush a group of US female officers in the desert, they kill them take their clothes, orders and passes and infiltrate.

That's a good idea. I don't know what color the underwear socks of the US military were at that time.

Well it is WW2, not many options for Victoria. The nazis weren't exactly big on frontline women.
