Clip taken from the 1980 horror film "Dressed to Kill". In the clip, the night nurse (Anneka Di Lorenzo) is doing her rounds when she stops at the bed of Dr. Robert Elliott (Michael Caine). Elliott is pretending to be asleep when she takes a glass out of his hand is attempting to place it on the dresser. However, Elliott comes awake and begins to strangle her. He snaps her neck and then proceeds to unzip her nurses uniform revealing her white bra and panties as well as white thigh high stockings. The rest of the inmates go crazy as they watch him. It turns out that it is just Michael’s dream sequence.
