This may seem like an odd question but it has me wondering.
When you make up stories in your mind (whether you are planning to write a story for the Board or you are just making up the story for the enjoyment of it in your mind) where to you get the images of the woman in the story?
Do you image actresses, do you look for internet images or do you actually use women you see in your daily life. Or do you just totally make up an image of the woman in your mind?
I am genuinely curious and wonder where people get their inspiration for the women in the stories (again whether written for the Board or just something in your imagination).

When I'm not randomly choosing physical traits, I usually use characters from videogames, animes, cartoons, comic books as a source of inspiration. Very rarely characters from live-action movies or live-action series actually.

I mostly just make up the images of the women in my mind. I try to give varied physical descriptions for the different women, but rarely are they directly based off outside characters. That said, the uniforms they wear are occasionally inspired by scenes I come across in cartoons or comic books.
