First part is about the assassin told the nurse no need to worry, that she won't tell anybody she's smoking in the toilet (not allowed during duty time).
Second part is just about the female officer describe the cause of death, which is strangle, and the possible tool for murdering, and the young male officer said it must be done by a big man. (lol)
