Bare with me, because this IS a F/F USB scene. The trio of women take the uniform off of the female warrior that they fight here in this video, NO they do not take anything from the two male warriors and we quickly see the female warrior running away in her underwear then in the following scene, one of the main female characters is wearing the clothing of the female warrior they just stole it from, also the person playing the game is a female and she's fully aware that she performed a USB scene.

Also yes I am aware that this is not a Cartoon or an Anime but we don't have a video game section so I just went the next best one.

Goodness! I remember playing this game when I was younger and never thought once of it! Memories... Memories...

Indeed, this is a Uniform Stealing. I remember this part of the plot: the heroines want to enter the lair of one of their enemies, and to do that they decide to find a few of the villainess' goon(ette)s and beat them up for their uniforms. It actually happens three times in the game, once per heroine, though this is the only time when the aftermath of the henchwoman is shown. The two other times, the game just notes after the battle that you've acquired a uniform.
