Yes, it hit me the other day that I've made a lot of characters that people like but I've only ever used them once so from now on you'll be seeing quite a few characters will have a more reoccurring role.
Haha, it is pretty cool when that happens and I must admit this isn't the first time I've thought of the victims own equipment coming back to haunt them, say for instance. A fisher woman getting caught in her by own fishing net or maybe a firewoman being tied up by her own hose, aahh the irony.

Yes the "phantoms" will be the new over arching villains, I guess you could kind of see this chapter as a beginning of a new season as a whole, because Kuebiko was always the overall villain before, well now that she's gone there needed to be a new threat and I was stuck at first because I didn't want to do another Kuebiko type villain, then you invented this awesome new concept of anti-stealers and I immediately loved the idea and wanted to do a version of it of my own, so I really have your good self to thank for the idea.
The phantoms will not only test Tina but I want them to come toe to toe with some of the infiltrators too because obviously as you can tell by their introduction, they absolutely HATE infiltrators with an absolute passion and they will follow their leader "Prophet" with absolute devotion, obedience and merciless loyalty, their backgrounds will be explored in upcoming chapters, that's for sure.
Yes I really struggled with the uniforms in this chapters, so I just thought to myself, okay do re-used uniforms but hopefully invent some new gadgets and takedowns, happy to see I succeeded on that front for everyone.
Don't worry ricochet and blink both got away, so they'll be back for sure and no they probably won't be working with each other again next time as today's allies could end up being tomorrow enemies, plus the only reason they were working together as you saw was that big fat paycheck........That they never got.
