CHAPTER 14: A CLONE AND A DRONE WALK INTO A BAR

We see a dark room with just a single dim flickering light bulb hanging in the centre, a malnourished and heavily bruised Soph sits tied to a chair under the said light bulb with her lopped to one side and her eyes closed. Moments later a voice is heard from behind her.

“Wake up Miss Soph..........I said WAKE UP!” The voice says as a bucket of water splashed over Soph causing her to suddenly wake up.

“T-t-t-t-Tina, is that you....”Soph whispers quietly into the cold air.

She suddenly feels a cold yet soft hand on her shoulder.

“It’s been so long now Soph, I think it’s time to face the facts, She’s not coming, I mean if she was, wouldn’t of been here by now? But then again why would she, it seems she’s running around having too much with her new friends.” The figure revealed to be Kuebiko says behind Soph.

“No......She wouldn’t just forget about me, she’ll come, I know it.” Soph tries to convince herself.

“You think? So this isn’t Tina then? Oh how weird as I thought you said Tina’s the only one who wears a catsuit” Kuebiko says showing Soph a picture of Tina and Marie laughing together.

“N-n-nnoo.” Soph whispers as her head slumps down in defeat.

Kuebiko smiles as the last shred of hope leaves Soph’s mind.

I didn’t want to show that photo, I really didn’t, but I’m afraid this was the only way for you to get closure. Now I know it hurts, but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind.” Kuebiko says loading up another syringe of her toxin.

But before Kuebiko can inject Soph again, she heard Soph whisper something.

“Hhhmmm, did you have something to add Miss Soph?” Kuebiko asks with a sadistic grin.

“I........I..........I HATE YOU TINA!” Soph managed to find the energy to shout at the top of her lungs.

“He-hah, of course you do, did you hear that Tina?” Kuebiko looks up at a camera hidden in one of the corners.

“She resents you, she hates you because you discarded her like an unwanted kitten, but I’m afraid the fun is over for Soph.” Kuebiko adds.

Suddenly Kuebiko pulls out a sidearm and shoots straight at Soph, a bullet slams into Soph and she falls backwards off the chair and lies motionless on the floor.

“Don’t worry Tina, I’ll be seeing you real soon.” Kuebiko finishes.

The dropship flies into a nearby hanger but as soon it lands Tina notices that the pilot is quickly getting out of her cockpit and running towards the nearest safe room. Tina looks around and also notices that there isn’t a single clone or anyone in the hanger expect for the leader of the majestic magentas CO-5052 was standing alone at the end of the walkway. Tina was overall confused but went down to greet her.

“Commander, I failed, me I actually failed, I don’t know what happened I just thought.......” But as Tina was trying to put some words together CO-5052 stopped her.

“Come with me, I have something I need to show you.” CO-5052 said pointing at an empty office.

Tina swallowed hard and walked nervously behind CO-5052 as they headed into the office, one they got inside CO-5052 closed the door behind them and looked Tina straight in the eyes.

“I’m sorry CI-1138.” The commander said with a hint of fear in her voice.

“But why are you apologising I’m the one who let Blink get away......” But Tina was interrupted again.

“NO......No.......It’s not that, it’s just, I’m so sorry.” CO-5052’s pupils widened.

But just as Tina was about to ask why she suddenly felt two extremely strong blunt object slam against the back of her knee’s causing her to fall to the floor, she looked up and watched CO-5052 leave the room with her head bowed. Then Tina felt what seemed to be a baton wrap around her neck and yank her to the floor hard, she tried to use her hands to break but something was wrong, these weren’t female hands, they felt like a male’s hands.

“Okay that’s it, hold her down!” She heard another male’s voice call out.

Tina felt something cold and steel getting clamped around her neck and once it was secure she felt a strong electrical current power up and shock her violent for a few seconds before Tina just crumpled to the floor, Tina regained her senses and opened her eyes to see Four male’s armed with guns, wearing outfits like those of a private military company, covered in body armour and she also noticed that all of them had at least one cybernetic prosthetic limb, indicating they were all veterans of a previous war.

The door opened again and a fifth male walked in, however this one slightly slimmer than the others, he had brown slicked hair, a beard, he was also wearing the same outfits as the other soldier but he had a medium length brown jacket on, he bent down and examined Tina.

“What? You’re staring at my arm huh.” He said to Tina showing of that his entire right arm was a cybernetic prosthetic.

“Well it’s alright I’ll tell you about, you see in video games such as battlefield and call of duty, you can throw back an enemies grenade after they’ve popped the pin. Well let me tell you something. That does not work in real life you know.” He says to Tina with a smile and using his cybernetic arm gives Tina a thumbs up.

Tina sits frozen on the floor, her minds about who these guys but she has good hunch.

“Oh I’m sorry where are my manors, the name’s Pierce and I’m the captain around here and these are just a few of my soldiers who keep watch around here.” Donald explains while pointing to the four soldiers who have their sights and guns firmly locked on Tina. Yet Tina still doesn’t say a word.

“Quiet type huh, god that’ll make this go a lot smoother, okay Chairwoman, she all’s wrapped up and ready for you.” Pierce shouts.

A second later the door opens again and chairwoman Anna walks in. Anna in a white female who looks to between 45 and 50 years of age, she’s wearing a black skirt, white blouse, black high heels and she had dyed blonde hair which has been curled at the ends and drapes down to her shoulder blades, to round it off she has blue eyes.

Anna walks in and sits down at the nearest desks, she looks up and gives a seemingly warm smile towards Tina before putting a folder down that she was carrying under arm and starts going through it. A couple of minutes later she takes a deep breath and closes the folder before getting up, walking round and sitting on the desk itself so Tina can get a better view of her.

“Please let me go after Blink I can make this right I can......” Tina’s plead was suddenly cut short as Anna raised her hand.

She offered her hand out and nodded towards Pierce who proceeded to hand her a buttoned device. Anna’s smile quickly turned to a frustrated frown and she held down the button causing another violent shockwave to electrocute Tina. She wiggled on the floor for about seven seconds before Anna took her thumb off the button causing the current to stop. Anna went back to smiling again.

“You will never speak a word unless I actually give you permission to speak and when my hand goes up, your mouth goes shut. Now just nod if you understand.” Anna said.

Tina while still on the floor just looked up and nodded.

“Perfect, now then, you are our best product, you had a one hundred percent rating and your price for which I was selling you for was fantastic, because here’s how it works, the higher up the list you are, the more I can charge our customers and clients for example if they only want someone like say a police chief to be taken down they’ll naturally go for one of our more cheaper options like say the infiltrator who’s maybe seventh place, but if something big and sensitive needs to get done like say the elimination of a ruthless dictator then they’ll naturally pay more for someone who’s in first place because they want the guarantee that it will get done and they’ll be zero backlash or repercussions. Now don’t get wrong it doesn’t matter what place you are on the list because this does NOT mean you are worth more to the company, oh no, no as you are just a product that we sell, this just means that I can flaunt your services for a lot more money. You see though you’ve just failed which means you are no longer a guaranteed success.......Now how does that look? How does that make ME look as the chairwoman, it makes me look like a liar and I don’t like that!” Anna holds down the button again causing Tina to get electrocuted once more, this time though Tina screams out in pain as Anna held it down for about ten seconds this time.

“Ma’am, you might want to take it easy for how long you hold that thing down.” Pierce explains to Anna about the electric shock collar

“Oh yes, sorry that was.......Unprofessional of me wasn’t it, well now you know the seriousness behind this.” Anna said while taking a deep breath.

“Right luckily for you I found a way to somewhat resolve this, I’m putting you on an assignment right now and not if but WHEN you finish it, I’ll be able to advertise you at 99.9% success rate, yes it doesn’t sound as good as a flat out one hundred percent rate, BUT I’m trying to make the most out of bad hand here.” Anna grabs her folder and shows Tina some photos.

All the photos seem to be of murdered victims both male and female, they all seem to be strung up in various places around a city, they all seem to have the same expression on their face and next to every victim is a crudely painted message which simply reads “Can Tina come out a play?”

Tina’s eyes widened in fear, she knew the facial expressions on all the victims, they had all been literally scared to death.

“Oh no......Kuebiko, she’s back, but how did she learn my name?” Tina thought to herself.

“Well it seems al old adversary of yours is making a comeback, but we’re not sure who this Tina woman is in the message, you wouldn’t know anything about this would you? Oh and you have my permission to speak” Anna said glaring at Tina.

“No, I don’t know anyone by the name of Tina although I have found something interesting, if you look, while all the victims are seemingly dotted in random places but if you look all the victims are wearing snow boots indicating that they all came from one location, is there a resort near this city?” Tina asked.

Anna nodded at Pierce and he presented her with a pad.

“Yes there seems to be a ski and spa resort located a few miles outside the city.” Anna said with intrigue.

“That’s where the killer is then, hiding somewhere in those mountains.” Tina said with confidence.

Tina suddenly felt a wave of guilt run over body because as she was flicking through the photos she suddenly came across someone she recognised; one of the victims was none other than Delsin’s mother which means that if Kuebiko had gotten to Delsin’s mothers then she must of also gotten to her sister Gwen.

“Very well, you will deploy immediately and don’t come back until it’s done this time.” Anna got up and walked out of the office.

There’s a ship waiting for you just outside, give her some air boys.” Pierce said before his soldiers removed the collar from around Tina’s neck and they all made their leave.

Tina coughed violently for a few seconds before pulling herself together; she changed into one of her catsuits and got onboard the ship before it took off moments later, on the way there Tina’s mind sunk deep into thought.

“So our non-clone leaders seem to have their own private military firm as security up there, hhmm although this does make sense because should we ever try to revolt against them it only makes sense if they had regular humans ready to fight back, god I wonder what else is going to surprise me today.” Tina thought to herself unaware of what surprises the rest of the day had in store for her.

A while later Tina was dropped off about a mile away from the resort, after giving an all clear to the pilot she made her way up the snowy slopes and made her way towards to the resort itself. Tina knew Kuebiko didn’t have a moral strings to speak of so narrowing down a potential target next was nearly impossible as everyone at the entire resort was a potential victim, Tina also knew that Kuebiko favoured the shadows so she wouldn’t be at the resort itself but rather somewhere more secluded but not too far way either, she’d need a place where she could get a good vantage point, maybe there’s an abandoned shack or house somewhere nearby as that would fit perfectly.

“Okay, but dressed like this she’ll see me coming from a mile off, time for a bit of undercover action.” Tina said to herself.

As Tina approached the resort she scouted the area and watched as groups of skiers and holiday makers were going up and down the slopes. Thankfully it didn’t take long for Tina to notice a lone female Skier on the phone and out of the way from everyone else.

This woman was 24 years of age, she had white skin, pink thick jacket zipped up and underneath that was a cream woolly top, she was wearing thick pink and purple skiing trousers with silver skiing boots, she was wearing a blue woolly hat with a pair of yellow skiing goggles over the top of her head, she was also wearing thick fingerless gloves and her skis were propped up against a tree, she had green eyes and long blonde hair, Tina wouldn’t know this but her name was Zoey.

Unfortunately because Tina was rushed out of the base she barely has any supplies on her, she’d need to improvise.

“Oh my gosh yeah, you should see this place, I tell you my boyfriend really went all out with this, the views amazing, the foods good and the room is just sssooo amazeballs, and later on tonight I’m going to let him tie me up to the bed and see how I feel about bondage, I bet it’ll be so fucking hot!” Zoey said over the phone to one of her friends unaware that Tina was about to give her a sneak peek preview of what it’s like to be tied up.

“Yeah okay, talks later, byezess.” Zoey said before blowing a kiss down the phone to her friends and hanging up. But as soon as she did it all quickly faded to black for Zoey and Tina smacked her round the back of the head with a tree trunk she found on the floor, Zoey fell face first down in the snow completely out cold.

“Oh geez that actually worked.” Tina said even surprising herself, she quickly checked Zoey’s pulse.

“Ooohh thank god your still breathing, so I heard you saying you want to know what bondage feels like huh? Well you know as they say, there’s no time like the present, plus I need those clothes of yours.” Tina said to a completely oblivious Zoey.

Tina rolled Zoey over and removed her hat and goggles, before undoing the Velcro on her gloves and removing them, next she unzipped and removed her jacket before quickly removing Zoey’s top, this was followed by her unclipping and removing her snow boots and she helped herself to Zoey’s thermal socks before removing her trousers, underneath we see that Zoey is wearing thermal trousers and a thermal top, Tina looked around and noticed that she could hide Zoey’s body inside the water heater room, this means that Zoey could be warm and wouldn’t freeze and Tina could help herself to Zoey’s thermals as it would be freezing up in those hills. With this Tina stripped Zoey of her thermal top and trousers which allows us to see that Zoey was wearing hello kitty knickers and a cherry red laced bra.

Now that Zoey was reduced to nothing but her underwear, Tina quickly removed her catsuit and tore into strands to which she used to both bound and gag Zoey before she quickly dragged her into the water heater room and out of the cold. With that complete Tina quickly got changed into Zoey’s thermals and skiing clothes before she left the water heater room and shut the doors behind her, but as she grabbed Zoey’s skis she heard a voice behind her.

“Oh there you are I’ve been looking all over for you.” Tina turned around and saw a young guy looking at her.

“Oh I’m sorry I thought you were my girlfriend, you know and her have the same outfit.” Zoey’s boyfriend said.

“Sorry to disappoint, but I did see someone who had the outfit as me making her way inside, so I guess if that was your girlfriend she’s looking for you too.” Tina lied.

“Oh great thanks, have a good one.” Zoey’s boyfriend said before running off.

“Phew.......Sorry Zoey but I can’t have your boyfriend finding you bound and gagged in your undies yet, although to be fair he probably wouldn’t mind.” Tina said to the still closed water heater door and making her way to the chair lifts.

Tina got onto the chairlift and got to the top of the slopes, once she was there she deviated from the skiing trail and made her way through the other areas of the slopes, she skied everywhere until at long last she came across a completely abandoned estate with all the windows boarded.

“Got you now.” Tina thought to herself, however just as she said that a dart hit her straight in the neck, she pulled it out quickly but it was already too late, Tina felt herself going limp before moments later falling to the floor, it was some kind of knock out dart.

We see Tina’s eyes slowly open up, she’s in the middle of a room with a couple of LED lights shining down on her, the floor and walls are made of square slabbed tiles and there’s a broken mirror hanging up. Tina slowly gets to her feet and sees what appears to be a two way window next to the door, suddenly the light in that flickers a bright yellow and Kuebiko revels herself. Tina immediately notices that Kuebiko looks different.

It seems as if Kuebiko’s appearance is different from the last time they met, her skin is now completely bleached white, she seems to have silver contact lenses in to give the appearance of a walking corpse, with her mask now completely integrated into her face, it’s now no longer clear how much of her face is her mask and how much of it is scar tissue, her right leg maybe permanently damaged as she has locked in a leg brace. Her new mask also seems to be surgically grafted to parts of her throat as well as it doesn’t seem to cover her mouth or nose. Kuebiko may have also suffered damage to her windpipe that necessitated a respiratory bypass, this is further proven as there are two tubes going into the underside of her jaw with one of the tubes being attached to a canister of her own toxin which is on her back, however it seems she still has her voice modulator sewn into her throat from before, she also seems to have suffered facial injuries as part of her top lip has been completely ripped off and the Columella (the middle) of her nose has also been completely ripped off her outfit though is still the same from there last encounter.

“Did you really think it was going to be that easy Tina, you must like playing the knight in shining armour, I’ve been really looking forward to seeing you again.” Kuebiko says over a communicator.

“How did you survive, why are you doing this?” Tina shouts.

“I must admit it was touch and go for a while, as I plummeted down into the depths on that night watched as you stood above me victorious, I slammed into the dark ocean and began to sank, the salt water tried to overcome me but I swam as hard and as fast as I could, but in the middle of a starless night you can’t tell if your swimming further downwards to your watery grave or if your swimming upwards to that blissful fresh breath of oxygen, fortunately I swam to the surface but as I reached the surface I was caught in a wave and my face was smashed into the rock face below from where we were fighting, as I felt my face crunch into the rocks and the taste of blood trickling down my throat, a passing creature got the taste of it and thought I was a snack, it was hard to hell of it was a shark or even a giant squid, but something.......Something grabbed my leg and tried to pull back into the deep dark below, my screams were washed away by the collapse of the waves, I used whatever serum I had left and shoved straight into the creature, thankfully it let go and didn’t come back. I was floating in the dark for several hours before I was pulled up by a fisherman, I was taken to his home where he had a lovely wife and together they both nursed me back to health. When I was ready and able to move around on my own again do you know how I repaid them for their kindness? Simple really I abducted them and subjected them to endless dosages of my fear serum until their bodies couldn’t take it anymore and they died of heart attacks. How’s that for gratitude eh Tina?” Kuebiko boastfully said.

“You sick freak......How do you know my name as well.” Tina asked.

“All in good time Tina but first there’s someone who wants to meet you, step inside Tina and say hello.” Kuebiko said as the door of which Tina was in opened, Tina looked but the yellow light had gone out and Kuebiko had already left. With no other choice Tina pressed on.

“What do you mean you don’t know where she is?” Marie shouts.

“Look, she’s an infiltrator they have a habit of going dark for hours on end as it is soldier!” CO-5052 shouts back.

“But not CI-1138, look it’s been over twenty four hours, usually missions only last a few fours with her because of how quick and efficient she is, if you must admit that something about this doesn’t add up.” Marie tries to justify.

“Well I admit that is strange even for her, we can’t rule out the possibility that she is just keeping a low profile for her assignment.” CO-5052 responded.

“But I overheard my other sisters, all these whispers and rumours that Kuebiko is back and she’s making her move, now we all remember what happened last time, please if she’s out there with that lunatic then might genuinely need help. Please I beg of you. I’ll get down on my hands and knees if you so wish.” Marie pleaded.

CO-5052 rubbed her forehead, she did actually have concerns over Tina’s well being especially after she served her up to the non-clones on a silver tray.

“If I help you, you never EVER come into my office EVER AGAIN, do you hear me trooper!” CO-5052 barked at Marie.

Marie just simply nodded in response. CO-5052 wrote down some coordinates on a piece of paper before passing them over to Marie.

“This is where the pilot dropped off Tina but I need a way to get you there because I can’t just randomly authorise a trooper to leave the base hhmm but I can authorise pilots to go on tests runs, okay hold on.” CO-5052 said as she picked up her communicator.

“I need the fighter jet in hanger seventeen ready to go in five minutes for a test flight for an unknown amount of time, but first I need the pilot to come here for a quick debrief, thank you.” The commander put her communicator down.

A couple of minutes later a clone pilot entered her office wearing a green flight suit and black combat boots.

“Commander I’m the pilot of fighter seventeen and reporting for duty.” The pilot said with a salute.

“Talk to the trooper there.” CO-5052 pointed at Marie.

As the pilot turned to face Marie CO-5052 suddenly punched the pilot in the back of the head causing to fall down unconscious.

“What the hell are you doing!?” Shouted Marie

“Put on her uniform and grab her ID card as of right now you are clone pilot seventeen.” The commander said with a sigh.

A few minutes later Marie was now wearing the pilots uniform while the real clone pilot seventeen was taped up to a chair in her military issued black panties and bra, still heavily knocked out.

“Good, now go and help CI-1138 and don’t worry about this pilot, I’ll deal with her after you leave.” CO-5052 explained.

“Thank you commander, I promise this’ll all be worth it.” Marie said zipping up the pilot’s suit.

“Just.........get out.....go.” CO-5052 said while she thought about how to deal with the knocked out pilot in her underwear.

Marie knew not to poke the bear anymore so she left. She made her way down to the hanger and showed the flight crew clone pilot seventeen’s ID card and got aboard the fighter and got ready for takeoff, now Marie didn’t have a clue how to operate the fighter to its full potential but she didn’t need to, all she needed to know was how it went up, down, forwards and backwards. It was a bit of a worry for her but she managed to take off and thankfully without crashing it she made the fighter leave the hanger safely, although she was sweating greatly under her helmet.

Marie eventually reached the coordinates of Tina’s drop off point and with a hell of a rocky landing she managed to avoid the dropship waiting for Tina and managed to land the fighter with only a few dings and scratches, once she stopped the fighter she hopped out and removed her helmet before kissing the ground multiple times.

“Aaaahhh thank goodness, I’m back on land, that really sucked.” Marie said to herself.

Marie made her way up a ridge until she came across the same ski and spa resort.

“Okay this is the place, now I just need find where Tina went.” But a big gust of cold air tore into Marie’s skin.

“Bbbbrrrrrrr, but first I need a change of clothes, just like Tina would do.” Marie thought to herself.

As fortune would have it a female snow boarder was heading right towards Marie. She was a 36 year old white skinned woman from Lyon France who was named Dominique, she had a snow camo jacket on with thick brown gloves, she had sky blue trousers on with brown furry boots, she had long brunette hair tied back in a pony tail along with a scarf wrapped around her mouth and nose, she has dark green snow goggles and a thick bandana over her head.

As Dominique snowboarded down the slopes she was unaware of Marie hiding just behind a tree, then as she got close Marie held her arm out catching Dominique right in the stomach and causing to fall on her back.

“Quelle est la grande idée, espèce de salope stupide?” (What’s the big idea, you stupid bitch?) Dominique yelled at Marie.

“Oh heck, I’m so sorry that was supposed to knock you out, god I just don’t have the Tina touch yet.” Marie said embarrassed

“Je vais vous dénoncer pour agression........” (I’m going to report you for assault...) But Dominique’s sentence was cut short as Marie quickly punched her in the face knocking her out this time.

Marie quickly stripped Dominique of her items of clothing before realizing she needed her matching set of grey thermals underneath, so Marie hurried back to the fighter and grabbed a med kit which thankfully contained an emergency foil blanket which would keep Dominique warm so she didn’t catch frost bite.
Marie got back to Dominique and stripped her of her thermals too which revealed that Dominique was wearing a white thong and moave purple bra. Using some tape and safety bandages from the first aid kit, she quickly tied up Dominique’s ankles and wrists before taping her mouth shut, she then wrapped her in the silver foil sheet and shoved her body into a hollowed out fallen tree log where no one could find her. Afterwards Marie got changed into all of Dominique’s clothes and made her way to the resort.

Tina made her way down a creaky wooden corridor until she approached a room, she hesitantly opened the door and went inside, what she saw next filled Tina with absolute fear. Tina was staring at a well light chamber with Gwen strapped to a chair with a needle in her arm hooked up to a canister of Kuebiko’s fear toxin.

“Take a look at the chamber Tina, I want you to know fear is coming.” Kuebiko said over the intercom.

“T-Tina is that......Is that you?” A very groggy and weak Gwen asked.

“Gwen I’m here for you, I promise everything’s going to be okay, I’ll get you out of there just hold on!” Tina shouted desperately.

“Ah, ah, ah, now Tina don’t be so quick to make false promises you haven’t even said hello to our other guest.” Kuebiko said.

With that a second chamber light up revealing none other than Felicity who was also strapped to a chair with a needle in her arm and also hooked up to a fear serum canister.

“What the......Hey, hey Tina is that you, oh thank god, get me out of here please, this woman is nuts!” Felicity screamed.

“Oh no, she got you too......” Tina whispered to herself.

“Oh I love a good reunion don’t you Tina.” Kuebiko taunts.

“Please don’t do this, it’s me you want right so let them go and I’ll even strap myself it one of those chairs for you, please it’s what you want isn’t it. Just please don’t........Don’t hurt them.” Tina begged.

“But Tina this would be pointless because your all ready squirming, pleading and going through your own worst nightmare already so I have to need to inject you with my toxin as it would be a waste. Your perfectly scared enough already. See you might fool everyone else, but I see right through you, you’ve always buried your fears, locked them away deep in your subconscious, HIDDEN. But there’s something gnawing away in the darkness of your mind isn’t there, I wonder what it could be hahahaha.” Kuebiko gloated.

Tina noticed a console has light up in the middle of the room with only two buttons on and each button says “release”.

“In front of you Tina is a console with two buttons, one button will release Gwen and the other will release Felicity, but you can only chose one because as soon as you press one of those buttons the other one will automatically lock and will inject the other with enough of my fear toxin to bring down at least ten humans and just to sweeten the odds I hold in my hand a kill switch so should you refuse to do the challenge then I will press my button which will release both canisters into both of these women. So I wonder Tina which one of these women do you care more about, you can only save one remember, who is more worthy to live in your eyes.” Kuebiko.

“Tina please, you and my brother were soul mates, please don’t let me die because if I die then that’s another memory of Delsin gone, please don’t erase the one you love!” Gwen pleaded.

“Tina, you said you’d always be there for me no matter what, you protected me, sheltered me and guarded me with your life, you said I could always count on you, please don’t let me die believing you to be a liar and a fraud, please!” Felicity screamed.

“Nothing hurts more like losing one of the family, knowing that there is no one to blame but YOURSELF!” Kuebiko continues to taunt.

Tina looked at the buttons, her hands shaking, her mind was numb, she couldn’t do this, she shouldn’t do this......But Kuebiko was still watching and waiting.

“How do I know you won’t just kill them both no matter which I press.” Tina said trying to trick Kuebiko.

“It’s simple........You can’t trust me, you just have my word to go on, let’s get a decision shall we, above your head you’ll see a sixty second timer activate, if it reaches zero and you still haven’t chosen, they both activate.” Kuebiko’s voice then fell silent as Tina watched the timer appear on the wall.

Both Felicity and Gwen cried and pleaded for Tina to choose them and for a split second Tina froze.........Then there was a click.......Tina had pushed one of the buttons.

Tina had pushed Felicity’s button, Felicity’s canister shut down and her straps unlocked, she was free. Gwen saw Felicity get to her feet and knew what this meat as she heard her canister activate, she looked up at Tina as tears rolled down her eyes.

“It all falls apart Tina, everything you worked for, the trust you built on a foundation of sand.” Kuebiko said as the serum went into Gwen’s body

Gwen started to flail around and scream as a million fears and nightmares consumed her very well being, the straps became unlocked and she ran and desperately banged on the chamber’s glass.

“Look at me, just keep looking at me, I’m here, I promise I’m right here.” Tina banged on the glass back but it was all to no avail and moments later Gwen stared right into Tina’s eyes.

“Tina. We always loved.......” But Gwen fell silent as she passed away.

“Wha......What have I done!” Tina fell to her knees in guilt.

Kuebiko’s voice was heard over the intercom again.

“You bring death to all who follow you.” With that Kuebiko fell silent.

Tina just sat there unable to move, unable to breath, she felt so helpless.

Marie had got inside the resort and was desperately trying to find a clue of sort that might explain where Tina went, she was eavesdropping on as many different conversation as she could and the only thing that kept cropping up was staying away from some abandoned estate on the other side of one of the ridges, the only problem was Marie had absolutely no idea where this was so she needed to get onto the roof and see what she could see. Marie tried to get up to the top but this means she had to get through the spa but she tried her luck anyway.

“Eeerrr excuse, you can’t go up there only spa members only, please keep to the places reserved for the skiers and the snowboarders thank you.” Marie heard a receptionist call out.

“Right, sorry I didn’t realise, I’ll head off.” Marie said walking away.

But Marie wasn’t giving up yet, she waited until the receptionist was head down in her computer before she knelt down and crawled under and past the receptionist desk and made her way into the spa room.

Inside all the men and women who were spa members were wearing nothing more than their towels and they all had spa badges around there necks. Marie knew what she had to do next but even she knew that this would be one of the interesting if not strangest mugging for a disguise yet, but it needed to be done.

A tanned skinned woman with long black hair and blue eyes emerged from a room with her towel wrapped around her entire body and nothing else, she was 31 years of age and named Estelle.

As Estelle passed an unused washing room she suddenly felt one hand wrap her mouth and another hand wrap around her head and quickly yank her into the room itself. Sound of punches and a quick jabs can be heard accompanied with one or two grunts before it all fell silent.

Several minutes later Marie emerges from the wearing Estelle’s towel and wearing her spa pass.

“I can’t believe I just mugged a woman purely for the towel she was wearing, but still a disguise is a disguise I suppose and if I had said to her, I want to see her without her towel on, I get the feeling like she may of thought I was hinting at something else haha.” Marie joked to herself.

Behind Marie we now see a beaten up and knocked out Estelle completely naked but bound and gagged and tucked up in a corner.

Marie closed the door on her and made her way into the spa itself, she showed Estelle’s membership card and was allowed to enter, once she was inside she tried not to look at everyone, just in case she accidently got roped into anything. Marie went from window to window specifically choosing one’s with the best views then before too long, she saw it.

In the distant she could see the abandoned estate and knew that must be the place, she made some mental picture of different points, such as shaped rocks and different trees, just in case she lost track of where she was going, with that done she then wanted to go straight away but there was problem, she now had a distinct lack of clothing. Something she’d need to sort out first for obvious reasons.

Tina still sat on the floor, broken and not wanting to carry on. Felicity’s door had opened and she was sitting by her side.

“Tina, please, say something, it been ten minutes.” Felicity said with her hand on Tina’s shoulders.

But Tina just sat there staring into Gwen’s now dead eyes, knowing that she had failed yet another friend.

“How do I live myself with all this.....” Tina slowly but tearfully whispered.

“I’ll tell you how.” Felicity gently put both hands on Tina’s face and raised her head so her eyes would meet hers.

“You get in there, you stop her and you make sure that this sick and twisted individual never hurts anyone else, YOU did not kill this woman, that monster out there did, you saved me, so please Tina, you get up, you get in there, you kick her twisted arse and then we go home.” Felicity said trying to her best to give Tina some sort of encouragement to carry on.

It seemed to do something as Tina slowly but surely got to her feet and slowly staggered her way to the now newly opened door.

“Wait here.......If anything happens to you to..........” Tina didn’t even turn to meet Felicity’s gaze as she just couldn’t right now. Felicity herself didn’t even respond as she was trying to hold it all together herself as she’d never been so close to death before.

Tina made her way through the next hallway just in time for Kuebiko’s next speech.

“Poor little Gwen. Close your eyes Tina, can you see her? Cowering in the darkness, cursing the hero who promised to save her just moments before you killed her, did you see the look of betrayal in her eyes? Did you see the fear? How does it feel to have your own mind on the brink of ruin, your own friends who trusted you now in the clutches of death itself. You are NOTHING but a false idol Tina.” Kuebiko said with such venom in her voice.

Tina didn’t respond instead she just continued to walk slowly and motionless towards the next room, on her way down a sudden burst of Kuebiko’s serum sprayed in Tina’s face, but Tina didn’t stop she just kept on limping forward.

“Please......Just let me keep on walking, keep on going, keep on walking.” Tina said to herself as hallucinations of Gwen surrounded her.

“Some friend you are, Delsin loved you, I loved you like my sister as that’s what you could of become, my sister in-law, but instead you just lied and then I died. YOU LIED AND I DIED!” These hallucinations were screaming at Tina.

“I must keep walking.........Just keep walking.........” Tina said to herself.

“Oh in all the festivities I forgot to answer your question didn’t I. How do I know your name, how do I seem to know everything about you including your friends both old and new? Well recently I bumped into a nice woman and we’ve had some nice little chats. As a matter of fact she’s waiting for you in the next room.” Kuebiko gloated.

Even though Tina knew this was probably a trap but she still pressed on anyway and entered the room where she was greeted with Soph body still lying motionless on the floor from earlier.

“Soph.....Is that really you.” Tina said gaining some life back in her.

Marie hurried down the staircase as quickly as she could before hiding behind a pillar once she reached the main lobby, Marie noticed the receptionist who had a go at her earlier and as much as Marie would love to strip her and wear her clothes just as a bit of petty revenge, unfortunately her clothes wouldn’t be practical for the trip ahead so I’m afraid Marie had to pass, Marie pondered when she saw a group of hikers getting ready for their afternoon trip, thankfully much to Marie’s delight one of the hiker stopped right in front of the pillar where Marie was hiding to tie up her shoe laces.

She was an Korean woman with long black hair and dark brown eyes wearing thick blue jeans, a cream t-shirt with a black and red chequered jacket over it, she was wearing desert sand boots, she also had a dark red furry ear flap cap. Marie wouldn’t need to know this but her name was Bon-Hwa.

Marie managed to lean around the pillar and with one hand grab Bon-Hwa by her mouth and with her other hand grab her by her wait and pull her behind the pillar where she was.

“Hhhmmm, mmmmm, hhmm.” Bon-Hwa protested on Marie’s hand.

“Ssshhh, don’t make a sound and I promise I won’t hurt you, now luckily there’s a washing room behind us, so we’re going to walk backwards towards it, don’t make any sudden movements now okay.” Marie whispered into Bon-Hwa’s ear.

With her hand still firmly locked around Bon-Hwa they moved gingerly moved into the washing room where Marie quickly closed the door with her foot.

“Okay, now you’re going to take a little sleep okay and I promise after this you’ll never see me ever again.” Marie whispered.

Bon-Hwa nodded then quickly made a grunting noise as Marie applied a nerve pinch to her shoulder and she slumped into Marie’s arms.

“Right, I’m freezing in just this towel so I’m going to make this quick.” Marie thought to herself.

Marie quickly slipped off Bon-Hwa’s boots which was easy as she didn’t have time to lace them up before Marie grabbed her. Next she took Bon-Hwa’s thick and fluffy socks before unbuckling her trousers and taking them, she then unzipped Bon-Hwa’s jacket and removed it, before swiping off Bon-Hwa’s hat, she then pulled Bon-Hwa’s top up and over her head before laying her gently back down onto the floor. Bon-Hwa was now left in her cream coloured bra and her lavender coloured knickers.

Marie found some restraints that were used for the washing bags and she quickly trussed Bon-Hwa’s legs and arms together, she then rolled the towel she was wearing into a gag and wrapped it around Bon-Hwa’s mouth. Finally Marie got changed into Bon-Hwa’s clothes.

“Aaahh I can already feel my body warming, damn that feels better, right I better get up that ridge, I just hope I’m not too late.” Marie said with both hope and doubt in her voice.

She then left the resort and using her memory to recall the specific marks she saw from the spa, she was off to assist Tina.

Tina knelt down and saw the pool of blood that surrounded Soph.

“No, I’m too late......” But then Tina heard a mummer.

“Ti......Tina....Is that really you.” Soph said opening her eyes.

Tina couldn’t help but shed a tear out of both relief she finally found her but also sorrow because of how long it took her.

“Soph, I can’t believe I finally found you, I’m sorry it took me so long and I HHUUUURRRGGGHHH.” Tina suddenly felt something round her throat, it was Soph’s hand.

“You just........You LEFT me!” Suddenly a load of rage and second wind flooded Soph’s body.

Her grasp was surprisingly strong considering of what she’d been through but the look in her eyes said it all. However this seemed to be short lived as a few moments later she passed out. Tina quickly checked her pulse, she was still alive, but extremely weak, Tina bowed her head, she understood why Soph was angry, Tina noticed Soph had been shot so she grabbed some tweezers, some alcoholic disinfectant and wrapped some string round a sharp pin to use as a needle, upon closer inspection it seems the bullet missed every artery and organ so thankfully it wasn’t fatal. Tina removed the bullet, treated the wound and stitched her up before picking her up and resting on her an operating table. Tina then discovered the tapes that Kuebiko had left for her. Tina watched all the tapes of Kuebiko injecting Soph with countless dosages of her serum, Soph barely had any food or water which explains why she was so malnourished and thin. She then watched the final tape of when Kuebiko shot her, this was perfect as all fear had now been set aside and all Tina could feel was a burning desire for justice.

But as Tina was leaving much to her surprise she bumped straight into Felicity and Marie.

“MARIE, what the hell are you doing here!” Tina shouted in shock.

“You haven’t radioed in over twenty four hours, I thought you might of needed some help and don’t ask me how I did because it’s a long story but I managed to convince CO-5052 to let me come and assist you.” Marie gave Tina the short version.

“Marie........I found Soph....Kuebiko had her this whole time, she’s in there please, sit with her and make sure nothing else bad happens to her, I;m going to finish this.” Tina explained

“Wait, are you two sister’s and whose CO-5052?”A confused Felicity asked.

“Oh eerrmm, so Tina and I are actually sisters and........Our mum had another daughter who’s currently in there in an extremely bad way, so please will you come and give me a hand.” Marie tried to convince Felicity.

“hhhmm......I guess that seems legit, alright but while we’re doing this, you gotta tell me who this CO-5052 is.” Felicity asked still wanting answers.

Tina takes a deep breath but before heading out she feels a hand grab her hand.

“Hey, you sure you want to do this alone, you don’t have to if you don’t want to.” Marie asks.

“No, look I know you came all this way and believe me I can tell you stole a set of clothes or two to get here and if I had my way I’d take you out of the troopers and put you in with the infiltrators, but I know what Kuebiko is truly capable of, yes you were with me last time, but only right at the end, the whole Kuebiko just knows how to make you feel like nothing and honestly a lot of the times she’s right, some of the things she’s said really hit home, especially when you know their true but please, I’ve already seen too many people get killed by this monster, I’d hate to have witness another.” Tina said with hope that Marie will listen.

Marie let out a sigh and a nod before adding. “Just call out if you need me yeah.” Before turning and walking away.

In reality Tina really wanted the backup as a matter of fact there’s nothing she would of loved more than to have someone watching her back but she was right, she just did not want to see Marie get hurt again, Kuebiko broke Marie’s body last time they fought, it certainly wasn’t going to happen again. With this Tina made her way out of the room and down the final corridor

“Tell me Tina, how many more bones must I crush? How many more lives must I ruin all the while you pursue your so called justice, it is as I said before, you really are the product of everything you fear. Violence, darkness and helplessness, all that remains is for you to watch as I drag everyone you know and everyone you love into oblivion. Well the die has been cast Tina and I await you in the next room. Come to me.” Kuebiko said over the intercom.

Tina walked into the final room and as promised Kuebiko stood waiting for her. Tina stood there speechless but with a massive scowl across her face. To which Kuebiko just smiled.

“Enough bravado, it’s too late for that, I never cared what your name really was I just want to beat you and as all your friends stare into your eyes, I will rob them of all their hope and they will blame you and realize what you are............A failure with both a face and a name.” Kuebiko said one last taunt.

Tina gave in to her rage and lunged straight at Kuebiko only for Kuebiko to shoot a dart straight at Tina hitting her mid air and causing her fall backwards. However Tina just stood back up her eyes heavily dilated from the toxin but she still had a very angry and determined face and she walked towards Kuebiko. Curious Kuebiko fired another needle at Tina which struck straight in her stomach but all Tina did was rip it out and continue to walk towards her.

“This.......Is impossible, I filled you enough of my serum to knock down an elephant, why isn’t it working?” Kuebiko said confused.

“Who says it’s not working!” Tina replied.

“Wait it actually is working, but how, you’re still collectively calm?” Kuebiko demanded an answer.

“Your plans are almost perfect Kuebiko, they really are but there’s that one drawback, for you see when you scare someone that much it is possible to make them so scared that nothing will ever scare them again because they’ve become that scared beyond breaking point already, so congratulations you’ve scared me to the point of no return but also, bad choice because.......You’ve scared me to the point of no return, do you understand. Right now a thousand voices are calling from the other side and any other person would just be terrified.” Tina explained revealing that she had built up an intolerance to Kuebiko’s serum.

“No.......Without fear we are nothing.........We need fear to live!” Kuebiko proclaimed.

Tina was now face to face with Kuebiko.

“What’s the matter.......You SCARED?” Tina taunted.

Kuebiko swung at Tina suddenly almost catching her by surprise but she managed to duck and swing her leg around to try and knock Kuebiko off balance, but Kuebiko saw through and jumped over Tina’s leg, but when she landed on the floor she let out a grunt of pain, which caused Tina to smile as she knew that Kuebiko’s right leg was still causing her pain. Tina tried to land a series of jabs but Kuebiko’s reflexes were still on top form as she managed to parry every one of them before giving a swift left knee catching Tina right in her spleen, Tins stumbled and clenched her side as she forgot just how hard Kuebiko hit. Kuebiko in turn went in for a chop but Tina grabbed her hand and smashed Kuebiko’s face into a table, but Kuebiko was quick to respond and using her left leg she snapped her boot hard and hit Tina’s ankle with such force causing a severe crunching sound, Tina fell to the floor and let out an angry moan she knew her ankle was possibly broken or at very least fractured. Kuebiko attempted a series of punches to Tina’s face but thankfully Tina was able to get her arms up in time and they absorbed all the blows, Tina quickly grabbed one of Kuebiko’s arms and tried to roll her arm to apply a submission lock but Kuebiko saw this coming and instead using just one of her arms lifted Tina up and smashed her back first through the table. But this was also a mistake as Kuebiko’s leg was in prime position and using her good foot she kicked Kuebiko’s bad leg as hard as she could, Kuebiko let go of Tina and dropped to her knees in absolute agony, seizing this moment Tina elbowed Kuebiko right into the side of her head causing her to hit the floor hard as Kuebiko lifted her head up, Tina used her good foot to curb stomp Kuebiko’s head straight into the floor knocking her out. It seems Kuebiko hadn’t fully recovered properly after all. Tina sat back and tried to rub some feeling into her ankles just as Marie came hurtling in.

“Well I was going to say screw your orders and help you out anyway but it seems things went a little bit differently this time.” Marie said after observing the situation.

“Yeah so it seems. How’s Soph?” Tina asked concerned about her well being.

“Well I’m no medic but I think she’s stable, she seems to be resting easy but she’ll need serious medical attention especially after everything’s she’s been through.” Marie responded.

“Sigh.......Can you get something to tie up Kuebiko with then can bring something for me to make a temporally splint out of, I think my ankles fractured.” Tina said after she realized just how much pain she was in.

“Yeah sure hold on.” Marie said before quickly leaving to look for the items Tina needed.

A short while later Tina had her makeshift splint and was hopping around just as Kuebiko woke up.

“You didn’t kill me, big mistake.” Kuebiko said after realizing she was wrapped in chains.

“Do you know what Kuebiko, despite everything you’ve done, all the people you’ve killed and all the families you’ve made suffer, no I won’t kill you, because I’m nothing like you, I’m better than you Kuebiko and I always will be.” Tina made sure that she was right in Kuebiko’s face as she said that.

“Tina. I get the feeling like this going to be the beginning of something special hahahahaha.” Kuebiko said in a very sarcastic manner.

“Hey Tina, I’ve called the authorities they’ll be here soon, do you need me to hang around at all?” Marie enquired.

“No, no that’s fine, you head back, although can you please take Felicity back to Japan, the sisters will are probably worrying themselves sick over her whereabouts. I’ve already reported to the dropship for an exfil and I’ve relayed the information that I’ve found Soph so they’ll be a medical team on standby for when we get back.......Hopefully.” Tina replied.

Marie turned to leave.

“Hey Marie. Thank you and I mean that, I’m lucky to have a sister and a friend like you and if I find anyway at all to get you moved to the infiltrators, I promise I’ll find it because I was serious about that, well that is if you want it?” Tina said while looking away with embarrassment.

“Yeah I’d like that, thanks Tina.” Marie gave her a thumbs up and proceeded to make her leave.

A little while later Tina watched as the authorities dragged a still chained up Kuebiko into the back of a police van, this bought a smile to her face as the clone pilot assisted Tina in getting their sister on the back of the dropship, Tina knew that Soph should recover, well psychically anyway but her mentally, well that might be another story, but Tina knew she’d cross that bridge with Soph when she came to it, right now she was just relieved that Kuebiko was in custody and Soph was back safe and sound, she was also both surprised and just as relieved that Felicity was safe and sound because if anything had happened to her, she knew she’d have the twins to answer too. Tina sat back in the dropship and a wave of tiredness swept over her rapidly, yes things could of gone a lot better and Tina knew they could have done, but overall the mission was a success and Tina was happy that the goods outweighed the bad on this mission and hopefully this would be the last she hears of Kuebiko for a while.

I must say that I'm impressed by how despicably evil you're able to make Anna in just one scene. Now, that's a way to introduce a villain(ness)! We learn more about the higher-ups of the Company too, which is always a good thing, and we may even receive a hint about how Tina may try to topple them - clone revolt.

Gotta love the irony of Zoey's situation. She will try bondage... though not in the way she expected. It also led to funny quips, especially after she meets her boyfriend. (And hello kitty knickers. On a side note, we need an epilogue showing how she felt about the experience. ) At least, Tina was considerate enough to leave her in the water heater room, so at least she'll be warm even though she was divested of her clothes. Still think that these little touches to highlight Tina's kind nature are great, and a good idea. Clearly, my favorite part of this story.

Poor Dominique wasn't as lucky as Zoey... Well, hopefully, somebody will find her in time, because even with a an emergency foil blanket, she can't stay forever outside. (Still, a nice detail to show that Marie's view has changed too, as she's trying to make sure her victim will stay (relatively) unharmed.)

On a side note, first time at my knowledge a skier or a snowboarder were mugged for disguise.

This story certainly got darker, probably the darkest of your installments yet. Of course, there's the second part, but even before with other little touches: Dominique who's left outside in the cold, CO-5052 who'll probably deal with the pilot by killing her...

Though of course, the second part with Kuebiko was intense. Poor Tina won't be spared anything... And I suspected that Kuebiko would break Soph to turn her against Tina... and my fear was justified. I'll be honest and say that I have mixed feelings about this part due to how dark it is. On the one hand, I'll admit that it was hard to read at times and it wasn't always a pleasant reading - though it's due to personal taste, not due to the quality of the writing. I guess it was proably because I was taken by surprise by how quickly it would become dark, especially after Zoey's light-hearted scene. On the other hand, it made me feel for the characters, especially for Tina. It made me hate Kuebiko with a passion (even more than I already hated her), it made me feel disgusted by her, which was the point. So in the end, I'd say it was worth it, as the point of a story is also to convey emotions - even if sometimes they are negative emotions. If I had a nitpick, it would have been that Kuebiko's defeat wasn't as satisfying as it could have been, after all she did (according to me). Her fight with Tina was still rather even and she's last seen swearing revenge, and I already know that she will one day escape to cause more suffering, so it doesn't feel like a true victory, even if Tina thinks the contrary. In a way, Kuebiko even won: Soph's friendship with Tina is stained, perhaps even ruined.

Personally, I feel the same way for Kuebiko than for villains like the Joker. She's despicable and terrifying, a good combination for a villainess, but at the same time I can't help but feel that the heroes would do the world a favour if they just killed them. It's not like locking them up would do any good, they will simply always escape and cause more harm...

Marie was certainly the star of this story, with her determination to rescue Tina. Honestly, she helped me get through the story. And I liked the idea to show that CO-5052 has some degree of protectiveness towards her soldiers.

Any idea about when the next installment will be?

Anna probably won't become a central villain yet, because as you saw she surrounds herself and all the other non-clones with a PMC force primarily men and if I was to write a revolution I think it might end in just way too much blood shed, which I think would be real turn off for most. Although with saying that I've always pictured that when Tina escapes she'll find away to do it while on one of her missions so she'll just suddenly disappear, She probably wouldn't be alone either.

Hhhmmm okay I'll done it down a little on the dark front should I ever write another Kuebiko chapter and I'm sorry I didn't realize of how dark it became, I guess it means I truly hit it home though over just how horrible Kuebiko can be. Although I will be honest out of all my characters, Kuebiko is the hardest one for me to write, with all the other villains and heroes I know what I'm doing, but Kuebiko always needs to be that one step more, so Kuebiko will take a back seat for a while as I really want to start brining back a couple of old villains to go round two and I want to start showing off Stasis some more, get her involved a bit more.

Speaking of which the next chapter will be a stasis one and it will show her interacting with some other infiltrators back at base because while Tina likes to be left alone after every mission, Stasis and the other infiltrators are a bit different they like to be sociable with one another, so this will be give me a chance to properly give you the interactions with Stasis and other characters which I remember you asked for last time.

Marie's still trying to understand compassion for her targets, that's why she contemplates to herself with a "What would Tina do" mindset, she's basically trying to somewhat unlearn her killer mindset which she was programmed with from birth, so she's still a little bit rusty on how to properly hide her victims but also make sure they're safe. Don't worry Dominique got found, fair enough she had a bit of a sniffle and probably caught a mild cold, but she's probably more embarrassed that anything else, but the main thing is, she's very much alive and kicking, I think it's going well for for Marie.

No, no, no clone rule, they fight each other of course they do, but they will never kill one another, I'd imagine CO-5052 probably just waited until no one was looking then took Clone Pilot 17 back to her room and let her sleep it off in her bed so when she wakes up she'll wonder if it was all dream which of course CO-5052 would pretend like she never called for her in the first place.

Soph will really progress now going forward, I'm getting an ARC ready for her which will show her dealing with the aftermath and everything, I guess it will kind of be a redemption ARC for her, also I really want to do an ARC of where a group of infiltrators including Tina, Stasis and a few others get sent to a country to liberate it from an oppressive dictator.

Finally I'm going to start writing it next week probably Tuesday and fingers crossed depending on how much I get swamped next week, hopefully it'll go live Wednesday. Now that Kuebiko is out of the way, well for now anyway, You've got some light hearted chapters on the horizon.

Honestly, I don't think you should tone down the dark with Kuebiko if you have the inspiration. You shouldn't feel constrained and force yourself to not write something. As I said, her actions make her a memorable antagonist. - In my opinion, the greatest sin a bag guy can commit is not being hateful; it's being bland and forgettable.

As for potential bloodshed, I guess the key is to make extensive use of the implicit and the 'off-camera'. You don't need to explicitly showcase all the gory bloodshed. (If you allow me to briefly use To Overthrow the Utopia as an example, the story managed to remain rather light-hearted and didn't turn off people even though it takes place in a brutal dictatorial police state, with events such as the executions at random of civilians because one member of their village helped the rebellion or a civil war happening at the same time of the adventures of the characters.) A full-on rebellion would lead to a potential interesting scenario, with Tina and her friends sabotaging the enemy from the inside to help their sisters progress. However, of course, it's only a suggestion. If you have something else planned, I'd be curious to see it.

Good to know that Dominique and the pilot will escape the ordeal unscathed (well, mostly unscathed ). I guess it's one of the perks of a fictional world compared to the real world: we can do whatever we want with it, including having happy endings.

Though I still have one question left... Once crucial question... One vital question...

Well Kuebiko is going to be locked away for a while, she needs to be, so I can give of the other some time in the spotlight, plus I'd need to think of another story scenario as to include her again, because she is Tina's arch enemy, if I use her too frequently she'll start to lose her "wow factor" I guess you could say, so I think I'll focus on some of the other villains and characters for the time being and then when it's time to eventually brining Kuebiko back in, you know it will be genuine and not forced.

Speaking of which I'm working on a new villain for either Stasis, Tina or maybe one of the other infiltrators to go up against she'll be known as Annie Keys (A play on from the word Anarchy) and I've had fun writing her into existence so I'm looking forward to revealing her.

As you know the next chapter will be heavily Stasis focused and I'm really excited to reveal that the main villain she'll go up against will be "Alexandra Cel Tradat" or more collectively known as "The Weeping Bride". During the bout of the next chapter we will be introduced to some of Stasis's other infiltrator friends including "Big Bertha", "Tinker", "Mag" and of course "Libido". Don't let that last one's name fool you you'll see what I've done with her soon enough.

I won't lie to you I've thought GREATLY about if there was to be an uprising of some magnitude then how would work and what would need to be done, it's a difficult one because all options point to a massive all out battle and it's hard to have some good USB scenes in the middle of an all out firefight. I've often thought about Kuebiko bringing an army down on them and forcing the clones into a fight or flight situation, but again that would take A LOT of thinking, but if done properly, something could be done.

Finally to answer that one vital question your so longing an answer for I'll say this. Yeah when Zoey woke up, it probably felt weird at first but after a while it probably felt right, so later that night she'll get her boyfriend to tie her up again and do the exact same bond style as what Tina done to her. Before long she'll wonder how she ever lived without it.

... but exactly where is this ski resort located? in the Alps? in which european nation?

I always try not to name the locations unless the characters are going to a very specific country (like Thailand), just so it gives people a small sense of wonder but off the top of my head I'd probably say Switzerland just because it's a beautiful country with many lovely resorts.
