MUTANT BOYS 1989: MOON MAIDEN CRISIS

Here's a few page comic strip I found. The final page was drawn many, many years ago and I drew and wrote the story around that final page.
I actually drew the first page second and over a few decades later.
It took me a long time to restore that final page, because it's very old, marked 1989 in fact.
The picture of The Moon was just a Photo I found on the Net a few days ago to use as a establishing shot.
There's a short story that goes along with these pages that explains why the Mutant Boys (and Girls) are on The Moon. I'll put that in a separate post.
Just to let you all know, this story was inspired by one of my favorite 50's Sci-Fi movies, "CAT-WOMEN OF THE MOON" from 1953.

After landing on The Moon, the teenage heroes, The Mutant Boys, are captured by The Moon Maidens.
Comet & Energy Girl are able to break free and escape...
While the male members of the team are brought to The Moon Maidens' Queen, Comet & Energy Girl manage to loose themselves in the massive city beneath the Moon...

Much later...after stripping two Moon Maiden Troopers they overpowered and knocked out, Comet and Energy Girl dress in the stolen uniforms.

The two Moon Maidens, S'tel & Na'lest, are left unconscious, half naked & hidden in the dark room...
Meanwhile, disguised in the troopers' uniforms, Energy Girl & Comet attempt to rescue their friends...

This is an alternate version of page #3, with the black Moon Maiden wearing a bra, instead of being topless.
This is actually the original version of the page and I decided to change for the sake of the story.

Agreed definitely another great one here Darth. Your back story really helped set the scene which I personally enjoy as a little bit of setting makes all the difference I find. Fantastic work Darth these are great

I urge you guys to check out "Cat-Women Of The Moon". It's kind of cheesy being from the 50's, but it's really a fun movie.
Since it's a Public Domain movie, it's usually available for free on Demand or on free Streaming Channels.

I'd love to know the details of how Comet and Energy Girl knocked the two Moon Maiden guards out. Since they are not tied up I assume whatever they did will keep them unconscious for a good long time.

Also, not sure why but I like the version where the one girl is wearing a bra.

I actually like the original version of the final page better too, M.
Years ago, when I drew that, I really didn't show much nudity, if at all. I just liked the idea of the stripped & impersonated women being left in underwear. It was all very simple. I almost always went with white underwear and pretty much have stuck to that formula over the decades.
To you wondering about how the mutants teens overpowered & rendered the two Moon Maiden Troopers:
I figure, Comet & Energy Girl were lost within the gigantic Moon City, and were dodging enemy troops left & right. Tired of ducking the Maidens and to avoid being captured all together, they decide disguises were in order.
So, the two teens come upon a couple of Moon Woman, who just happen to be along and in a seclude are. The setup's perfect.
Since the girls don't want the troopers to call for help and attract any more enemies, they'd want to act swiftly. Seeing how both teens' Mutant abilities are energy based and can be use from a distance, I suspect they used their powers when they ambushed the two female warriors.
Comet & Energy Girl's powers can both stun & kill, depending on the level of power they expend in the energy bursts. Being heroes that don't kill, so they stun the Moon Maidens with a couple of short bursts.
The energy beams would've been a massive shock to the Moon Maiden's bodies and totally shutdown their nervous system, rendering them unconscious for a few hours.
The Maiden's underground city is so large, by the time the two women awake, Comet & Energy girl in disguise, would've already mixed in with the thousands of other Moon Women.
So, that's what I came up with, Big M. Hope that helps you out a bit.
