If anyone noticed this title is a mixture two movies Olympus Has Fallen and White House Down but this story has nothing else in common with those two movies.

A high stakes poker game in one of the Hamptons estates...

"I'm going to beat you like you stole a painting out of the White House" said multi-billionaire Langston Goode.

"That saying is so outdated Lang, the head of the Secret Service was fired and haven't you heard about all the recent lapses in White House security man? Jesus" replied his equally rich best friend William Milhouse IV.

"But it's still the safest building in the country" argued Goode.

"That's pure horse dootie. I would wager anyone could waltz in there and steal anything valuable. And it would be like those bullets fired at the White House that the freaking janitor found days later."

"You have really lost it Bill if you think someone can shoplift at the White House."

"Time to put your money where your mouth is Lang."

"Make it easy on yourself Bill, and what would be the wager?"

"A quarter billion" challenged Milhouse.

Now there was a deafening silence in the room. Most thought the billionaire Milhouse was joking but his long time friend knew that he was not and took up the challenge.

Langston said "Now, now boys let him have his rope so that he can hang himself. Continue Bill we will get you a MRI in the morning, it'll be my treat."

Chuckles were heard all over the room. This only irritated Milhouse who was not one to back down or to be proven wrong.

Milhouse thought for a while then said "I'll find someone who will not only break into the White House but will steal the proverbial painting out of the MFer!"

Protestations were garnered from the other occupants in the room. And Milhouse was told he could go to prison most likely. He leaned back in his chair and calmly replied "Gentlemen, I'm too rich to go prison."

William Milhouse set some of the smartest people in his many companies about this task. When the bet was finalized there would be some limitations which were
1) No loss of life or maiming
2) No weapons used
3) A painting of value had to leave the White
House grounds

Milhouse's brain trust came up with the following factors which would have the highest likelihood of success

1) A pretty female perpetrator who was
quick witted
2) An infiltration technique
3) A daytime incursion

Their computer search yielded only one such female who was not in prison or who had ever been in prison the granddaughter of the infamous cat burglar Alexandra Mundy... Alexis Mundy.
