Meditions, I'm happy you like the comic "Strip (Pun much intended).
Although Blood Pulse is capable of being a ruthless killer when the situation calls for it, she wouldn't "drain" the woman to death just to feed. Leaving her weak and semi conscious was enough. It's not like B.P. was without blood for a very long time a was nearing death, than killing a disabled woman would be called for. Remember, after all, the woman is a enemy combatant and hitched her wagon to an Evil Organization.
Also, Blood Pulse is a Lesbian, or at least Bi-sexual(I've never really defined that) and felt some type of attraction towards the Female Legion Trooper. She would most likely go easy on her rather than heartlessly snuff out the half nude woman's life.
If you like this story, a few years ago, I wrote a short tale of Blood Pulse and the team, "The Trio" she was a part of, taking place when I first created her and her teammates.
It showcases her hypnotic abilities and has a Lesbian scene between her and a hypnotized woman she "compels" to strip.
I never finished it and maybe should get around to it.

That is a fantastic story. I love how quickly Blood Pulse is able to take control of the woman's mind. It is pretty impressive how quickly she is entranced and fully under Blood Pulse's control. Blood Pulse must have pretty powerful mental powers.

And I love that Blood Pulse spends some time enjoying her body before feeding and knocking her out.

And definitely it would be fun to see you finish the story.

Funny thing about Priscilla is in that '96 story she was just recently transformed into a Vampire. Amazingly she mastered the Hypnosis ability very quickly compared to other Vampires when they're newly sired.
She was able to break the "Evil" nature of the Vampiric curse and choose the path of good.
She would've turned to the "Dark Side", If it wasn't for her best friends and fellow vigilantes, Jamie and Amber help her through the tough transition. Death Wish (Loner) also helped out too.
