Even though this takes place in 1995, I didn't draw this until years later when I decided to tell the tale of how Garrote made her escape from the Hospital following waking up from her coma. It was really just an excuse for me to insert a F/F Uniform Stealing into the story. I just can't help myself. Admitting you have a problem is the first step. It's a lesson for the kids.
If I remember correctly, I traced the pose of the dead nurse Amita, from a drawing done by the excellent J. Scott. Campbell.

Mid 1995, Baron Port Hospital.
Garrote's eyes open for the firs time, since she's been in her months long coma.
She remembers what happened a knows she'll be sent to prison for sure.
Just then, a beautiful Latino Nurse named Amita, walks into the room.
Amita walks towards the bed and quickly Garrote closes her eyes.
As the buxom nurse leans over the villain, checking her vital signs, Garrote springs up, grabbing a series of plastic tubes and wraps them around Amita's throat.
Garrote strangles Amita as she helplessly kicks her pantyhose covered legs.
Amita lets out a loud choking gurgle. "Cool it, sweetie...Not so loud! We wouldn't want anyone interrupting us, would we?" Garrote whispers.
Soon...Amita's struggles cease as she dies.
Her body's thrown on the hospital bed and Garrote begins to undress her. "Your my way out of this shithole, honey!" Garrote says.
Soon...Garrote holds up Amita's bra to her own chest, comparing their breast sizes. "Girl, you are blessed!"
In no time at all, Garrote is completely dressed in Amita's uniform, bra, shoes and pantyhose.
She hides Amita's braless, white panty clad body in the shadowy corner of the room, where she won't be visible when somebody enters the room.
Garrote gives the dead, half naked nurse a sadistic smile and exits the room.
As she quickly walks through the halls of the Hospital, Garrote keeps her head low, attempting to hide her burned face.
