It is sometime in mid 1995.
The story before.
Back in early 1995, Garrote was mortally wounded by Death Wish when she was exposed that she was not his girlfriend but in actuality an assassin hired to get close and kill him.
The explosion not only burned off half of Garrote's face, but a massive head injury put her into a coma.
Now, at Baron Port General Hospital, where Garrote has been cared for since she's been in her coma.
Blood Flow, Garrote's partner & best friend knows the moment if and when Garrote awakens from her slumber she'll be arrested for her crimes. So, she's got to get her friend out of that hospital.
Beth (Blood Flow) dressed in civilian clothes enters the hospital and takes the stairs to the 5th floor, where the coma patients are.
A sign on the wall reads "Hospital Staff Only".
Beth sees 26 year old, Resident Nurse, Tracy Duffy walking by her and takes notice that the beautiful Nurse is close to her size.
Beth walks faster to catch up to the Nurse. Seeing a linen closet up ahead, she grabs Tracy by the arm and clamps her other hand over the Nurse's mouth, forcing her into the closet. "Sorry, sweetheart...we're taking a little detour!" Blood Flow smiles.
As the closet door slams shut, there's the sound of punching, a loud moan, followed by a "Thud", which was Tracy's limp body hitting the floor, unconscious.
We cut to Beth removing Tracy's white sneakers "Cool! Our shoe size is the same."
Unbuttoning the Nurse's uniform, pulling it down, revealing her large breast encased in a white, lacy bra, she says "Being stripped is loads of fun, ain't it?!"
The uniform's off and Blood Flow begins to work off the white, standard issue pantyhose "Holy crap! These are so friggin' tight! What do you buy 'em two sizes too small, or something?!.
Once Beth puts the pantyhose on, she flips Tracy on her stomach and unhooks the bra, taking it off, "Excellent choice in bras, girl. You can never go wrong with a Maidenform bra. They're not too expensive either."
Soon...Blood Flow is totally dressed in The Nurse's outfit and she goes to rescue her friend, while Tracy is sprawled out on the floor, out cold, breast exposed, in her white cotton panties.
However, unfortunately for Blood Flow, her rescue attempt is cut short, when a team of Doctors walk in on her trying to unhook Garrote from all the wires and tubes she was attached to.
Security was called and upon there arrival, a fight began.
The under paid Rent A Cops didn't know who they were dealing with and were totally unprepared for Blood Flows skill level and ruthlessness.
She kills the entire Security team and just manages to escape the hospital before the Police arrived on the scene.
