WINDSHEAR & PSI-ARROW 1994

Post by darth chlorophorm »

AT LONG LAST I FINALLY FINISHED THE COMIC.
WINDSHEAR IS A MEMBER OF THE DRAGON MASTERS, ALONG WITH, CYBERKILL AND CRACKSHOT.
PSI-ARROW, WHEN SHE WAS A TEENAGER, WAS A MEMBER OF THE TEEN HERO GROUP, TEEN FORCE. OTHER MEMBERS INCLUDED: WARBOW, ALLOY, GIANT BOY (AKA: BLOOD LOCK), TIGER BOY, SLAYER, OBITUARY, MICRON.
THIS COMIC IS A BIT LONGER THAN USUAL.
HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY IT AND LET ME KNOW HOW YOUS LIKE IT.

as usual, dialogues are irresistible...

by the way, the whole comic and plot resembles and calls to mind the comic book 'Codename : Strykeforce' (1995) , Image Comics

YES! I LOVE CODENAME: STRYKEFORCE.
THE IDEA FOR THE VILLIAN TO USE A SUBMARINE AS A SECRET BASE WAS INSPIRED BY THE SUB FROM CODENAME: STRYKEFORCE.
I THINK KILLRAZOR IS SO COOL, AND BLOODBOW TOO.
I'M GLAD YOU LIKED THE COMIC, MY FRIEND.
I'M WORKING ON MANY MORE, BUT MY GRANDMOM HAS DEMENTIA AND I DON'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO DRAW MUCH THESE DAYS.
I HAVE ABOUT 20 STORIES SKETCHED, BUT THEY NEED TO BE INKED.
WHENEVER I HAVE A IDEA FOR A NEW COMIC, I QUICKLY SKETCH IT DOWN AND WRITE DOWN THE DIALOG.

Glad I went back to look at your older posted and found another use of the psychic arrow. And I love the little touches.

I love Psi Arrow commenting that the arrow will "short circuit" the woman's brain. I also like the description of the arrow shutting down the woman's higher brain functions.

Interesting that even though the girl has had her conscious mind shut down she is still moaning a bit as she lays there unconscious.

Psi-Arrow's always been a favorite of mine.
She's a mutant. Born on a jungle island, full of prehistoric Dinosaurs, strange creatures and tribes of waring native people. Her look is base on Jane, from Tarzan, or Sheena.
Back in the late 80's, around '88, when she was a teenager, she was discovered on the island and brought to America.
The Government was holding her captive and wanted to exploit her powers. However, Slayer, an Ex-Government Agent, with super powers rescued her.
Not only did he teach her English and the ways of the modern world, her trained her in the art of combat.
Later, in early 1989, Slayer formed Teen Force. This was a teem of super powered teens, and Psi-Arrow was a member.
In May of '89, Teen Force would have their first big challenge, they were in Manhattan when the Tri-Alien Alliance invaded it. This was my first big crossover called "The Invasion Of New York City".
