In the Battle of Cheyenne Mountain, Federal Troops assaulted an underground bunker complex seized early in the Civil War by the Free Mountain Men Militia.
On the surface, Captain Potter kept getting requests from her troops to send re-enforcements, then long radio silences before another request for more troops.
Confused, Potter and her second in command decided to go underground to assess the situation in person. But there were no sign of her troops. Then they found a tunnel filled with piles of military clothes. Suddenly there was a hissing sound and a strange smell...

Mountain Men Commander: "Your plan is brilliant, Sophy. Just isolate a tunnel full of Federals, pump in sleeping gas, pump the gas out again, go inside, strip the knocked out Federals and take them away. We use their radio to call for re-enforcements. Then repeat. And the piles of clothes act as bait to get the next lot into the trap tunnel. It's genius."
Sophy: "And selling these beauties will buy you lots more weapons, on top of what you take off the unconscious Federals."
Commander: "It's just win, win. You're helping to free America from Federal oppression, Sophy. When we win this war, I'll see you get a Medal of Honor!"
